The divestment allows INEOS to focus on strengthening its core chemicals, energy, and automotive portfolio.DETAILS:INEOS sold its INEOS Hygienics business to SKG Capital Partners.As part of the transaction, the INEOS Hygienics business and team will transfer to SKG Capital Partners.
